How is hiring data collected?
We run an automated scraper across 67 companies' public job boards every hour. We track Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and direct careers pages. No scraping of private data — only publicly listed job postings.
How far back does historical data go?
We started tracking in late 2024. Pro and Teams subscribers get full historical access from the beginning of our database, with weekly snapshots for trend analysis.
Can you add a company we care about?
Yes — Teams subscribers can request custom company additions. We'll evaluate the job board structure and add it within 1–2 weeks if technically feasible.
Is there an API for programmatic access?
Teams plan includes API access with weekly JSON exports of all signal data. We're building out a live REST endpoint — reach out to discuss your specific data needs.
What does "compliance score" mean exactly?
Each week we count how many open roles at each company are tagged as compliance, legal, or regulatory. We normalize this against the company's total headcount proxy (all open roles) and track the week-over-week change. A rising compliance score often precedes regulatory announcements, licensing applications, or market entries.
How do predictions work?
When a hiring pattern crosses a threshold — e.g. a company suddenly hiring 10+ roles in a specific function — our system generates a structured prediction with a rationale, a confidence score, and a deadline. Predictions are tracked publicly and marked as resolved when confirmed or expired.
