How to Cancel Your Signalmap Subscription
We make cancellation simple and do not add friction.
Cancellation Options
Via Stripe: Your subscription is managed through Stripe. Log into your Stripe customer portal (link in your subscription confirmation email) and cancel anytime. No questions asked, no retention flow.
Via Email: Email cancel@signalmap.live with your registered email address. We will cancel your subscription within 24 hours and confirm by reply.
14-Day Refund: If you are within 14 days of subscribing and the product was not what you expected, email refund@signalmap.live. We refund without questions.
What Happens After Cancellation
You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you drop to the free tier — you keep the weekly brief and archive access, but lose department breakdowns, full prediction rationale, and resolution alerts.
Annual Subscribers
Annual plan cancellations take effect at the end of the annual period. We do not offer prorated refunds for annual plans beyond the 14-day guarantee window.
We Would Rather Keep You
If you are cancelling because something was not working or unclear, email us first. We often resolve issues that would otherwise lead to cancellation.
