What We're Building Next
Expanded Signal Sources
Hiring is our primary signal. We're building additional signal layers:
- Domain registration monitoring (exchanges often register new domains before new products)
- Patent filing tracking (patents telegraph technical roadmaps)
- Corporate registration monitoring (new legal entities in specific jurisdictions)
Prediction Granularity
Current predictions: "Exchange X will announce Y in Z timeframe." Future: "Exchange X will announce Y in Z timeframe, and here's the specific product team that will build it and the market it's targeting."
Exchange Coverage Expansion
We're evaluating Bitget and MEXC for addition to the model in H2 2026. Both have crossed our minimum signal volume threshold.
What Won't Change
The core value proposition: systematic, leading-indicator exchange intelligence with a verifiable track record. The commitment to publishing misses as transparently as wins. The falsifiable, specific prediction format.
